GusGus

GusGus is by far one of my favorite bands, I own every album

For those who don't know them, they are an Icelandic electronic band founded in 1995. 

Their latest album, Arabian Horse, was released in May and it is AMAZING. 
Their line-up has varied through the years
 but President Bongo and Biggi Veira have been in it from the beginning 

Arabian Horse features the same line-up as the album 24/7 which was released in 2009.

President Bongo, Biggi Veira, Daníel Ágúst Haraldsson, Urður "Earth" Hákonardóttir has returned and Högni Eigilsson from Hjaltalín has joined them.

They are incredible live. 
I have have seen them live countless times and they never cease to amaze me. 
All of them do their own thing when preforming. 
Daníel has amazing stage presence, your eyes go immediately to him. 
Högni has his own thing going on, 
I don't know how to describe it but he has his own swag. 
Urður is just amazing and always looks good. 
All three of their voices are in extraordinary
Biggi and Bongo do their thing with the music. 
They always have a crazy light show

DIY MiuMiu sneakers

I am alive. 

So, the other day I stumbled upon this amazing DIY project on honestleywtf.com

The project is fairly easy

Here are the MiuMiu shoes

they are simply amazing

You’ll need:

• a pair of white canvas Vans
• 8 ounces of Mod Podge
• 1.5 ounces of coarse gold glitter
• 1 small and 1 medium flat brush
• assorted rhinestones in settings
• heavy duty adhesive
• small plastic tray
• tape

So, this past weekend I was in Copenhagen for a Kanye West concert in the Tivoli Gardens

I stayed at Hotel Loeven

it was really nice and pretty cheap compared to most places in Copenhagen

The concert was on Thursday and it was AMAZING

there where about 15,000 people there and apparently we are the hypest crowd he has preformed for

I have a feeling he says that to everybody.

The days after the concert were spent shopping and  little bit of sightseeing. 

I only got a few things but my favourite thing I got was this amazing ring

The city itself is beautiful 

This trip was so much fun even though the weather was rainy and kind of chilly but that's what umbrella's and ponchos are for and the thing that really made the trip after Kanye was how nice everybody was.

Playtime New York

Last weekend I went to playtime New York in SoHo

It was very fun to see all these different up and coming, children, juniors and maternity designers. 

I really liked Atsuyo et Akiko

they are a NYC based home decor, accessories, jewelry, bags and children's wear line. www.atsuyoetakiko.com

But my favorite brand had to be Sunbird

there clothes are amazing, comfortable, stylish, outside of the box
